Please be sure that in our suburb self-catering apartments you will find the same high level of accommodation standard and housing facilities but much lower rates than the apartments in the centre or near the centre of Sofia. The reason for the lower rates is the fact that the property prices in the suburbs are much lower than the central locations, so we are able to offer you more favourable accommodation rates at the same luxury standard.
